Vietnamese food is known for its bright clean flavors. In this class, we will use ingredients that deliver and enhance those distinctive flavors. We will begin the class by making fresh spring rolls, along with an addictive dipping sauce. We’ll also learn about lemongrass, another common Vietnamese ingredient, as we make lemongrass chicken which we’ll serve with steamed jasmine rice. Almond cookies are popular throughout Asia, including Vietnam. Ours will be soft and chewy and the perfect end to our meal.
